Embodied Politics: Healing the Social Body in Community
A 12-Week Somatic Transformational Program Inspired by the Work of Wilhelm Reich, the founder of Somatic Psychotherapy
What if personal healing could transform our communities?
Reich believed that our bodies carry not only personal stories but also the weight of society’s structures — the imprints of culture and history. This 12-week series builds on his groundbreaking insights, exploring how freedom, pleasure, and aliveness are deeply connected to healing, both individually and collectively. Together, we’ll look at how embodiment, agency, and community are woven together, and how reclaiming our wholeness can nurture not just personal growth, but collective healing as well.

This series is designed as a journey, not a set of drop-in classes. We’ll grow together week by week, building safety, trust, and community. Each session builds on the last, creating an arc of exploration and transformation that can only happen in a consistent, committed group.
What’s Included
• 12 weekly sessions (90–120 minutes each)
• Guided somatic practices and embodied learning
• Community discussions and small group exercises
• A downloadable participant workbook with reflections, practices, and resources
• Access to curated articles, videos, and further learning
• A supportive closed group for the full 12 weeks
